How long is your online delivery?

At T Classic Watches we wish for your purchase to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made by a insured courier service and will reach you within 1-5 working days. All delivery times mentioned are subject to stock availability. Some of the brands we stock online can only be ordered directly from their stock. If your item has to be ordered direct, we will be unable to despatch your order within our ‘normal’ 1-5 day delivery, we will contact you to discuss and advise. Delivery times are extended over bank holidays and maybe extended as a result of any adverse weather conditions that are beyond our control. Please view our Delivery Information page.


Does you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide.


Do you offer Tax Free Shopping?

The UK government withdrew the option for both EU and non-EU nationals to shop tax-free in Great Britain from 1 January 2021. If people wish to shop tax-free and are not resident in the UK then the goods will need to be exported by us directly to their overseas residential address.


How many years of warranty do I receive with a purchase?

Each of our watches has a minimum of two years warranty. Depending on the Watch and manufacturer, they may be offering further years. Our showroom and Online team would be happy to confirm this for you.


Do you have an after care service?

Our showrooms (Including Heathrow based stores) have a comprehensive range of services. 


Do you have a repair service?

Yes we do.


Can you special order items?

We have a superior product selection available within our stores. We may be able to arrange a stock transfer for you or offer a special order service. 


Do you offer insurance?

We offer our ‘Sterling Care’ insurance service and we would recommend a policy is added with your purchase. Sterling Care offers immediate cover for your precious new item so you are protected from the moment you leave our showroom. Sterling Care is not available online.
