The fumé brown dial of this 1977 example is in excellent condition, its gradient surface clean and coherent, the white subregisters crisp and perfectly defined against the darker ground. The inner telemetre scale carries its original pink accent markings in vivid, unbleached color — as does the chronograph sweeping hand, which retains its original bright pink in full, cutting across the fumé ground with an energy that most survivors of this reference have long since faded into submission. The hour plot markers and hands have aged to a warm, even cream — tritium lume matched throughout in settled coherent patina. The cushion-type case is unpolished, its geometry sharp and its surfaces carrying normal signs of wear consistent with its age. On its original Heuer-signed stainless steel bracelet.
A fumé 905 with its pink intact. Loud by design, preserved by luck.
